WHAT WE RAN INTO
Galvanized supply lines, cast-iron drains and original wiring all had to go, and asbestos testing came back positive on the original floor mastic. Abatement was handled by a licensed abatement contractor before demo continued, and the schedule absorbed it without a change order to the rest of the scope.
THE RESULT
A house that reads as its original 1924 self from the street and is entirely new behind the walls.
