Free site visit and feasibility review
If the project makes sense, we walk the property with you. For ADUs, additions and new construction we check zoning, setbacks, panel capacity and site conditions so you know what your lot actually allows before spending anything on design.
A fixed-price proposal with real specifications
You get a written proposal with a line-item scope, the materials specified by name, a milestone payment schedule and a realistic timeline, not a vague per-square-foot guess that changes once demo starts.
We take on kitchen and bathroom remodels, ADUs and garage conversions, room additions, structural and foundation work, fire rebuilds, and ground-up custom homes across Los Angeles County, including the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, the South Bay and the San Gabriel Valley.
